He has previously held leadership positions at companies such as Humanforce, Brighte, Oroton, Newscorp and amaysim and across various industries including telecom, energy, media, ecommerce and finance.

Company Secretary

Natalie is an experienced manager with a background in company secretarial and paralegal support.
She is the Chief Operating Officer at Tiger & Bear Partners with previous roles at amaysim and King & Wood Mallesons.

Peter is an experienced corporate executive, venture investor, entrepreneur and board director with particular expertise in the telecommunications, technology and energy industries. He is was the co-founder and CEO of ASX listed amaysim and has served on a number of boards for private and public companies.

Nick is an advisor, operator and investor who leads the corporate advisory division at Tiger & Bear Partners. Previously, Nick led the strategy and corporate development team at Tyro Payments (ASX:TYR). He has also managed and led teams in operational businesses and worked as an investment manager.

Tim is a repeat founder, angel investor, advisor and public company technology executive. He was previously CPTO at Crunchtime following the acquisition of Zenput, significant players in the food technology industry and was also the CTO at Aconex prior to its billion dollar acquisition by Oracle. He is currently the co-founder of a vc-backed stealth software company in San Francisco and advisor to numerous software companies.

Justin is a Partner at Sydney based venture capital firm EVP where he leads the firm’s deal sourcing and investment processes. He has developed a reputation as a leading software investor within the Australian venture community and is an active Board Member at a collection of the region’s leading software companies such as Hnry, Shippit, Mutinex, Explorate, Ordermentum amongst others.
